Due to the efforts of our team, our clients seldom ask for a refund. However, if you are dissatisfied with our work, then we would advise you to go through the following terms and conditions carefully before asking for a refund.

Quality of work

  • If the client feels that the content has been copied off of somewhere, then they must present us with sufficient proof to validate their claim. Once it has been established that the content is not authentic, they must give us a chance to revise it at least once before asking for a refund. However, if the client does not have time to get a revision done, then they will be given a refundor store credit.
  • If the client does not find the content to be satisfactory even after a revision, then our Quality Assurance team will determine the amount to be refunded to them.
  • As soon as the client receives and accepts the content, it becomes their property. After this, EssayLounge.co.uk cannot be held responsible for a low grade and asked for a refund.

Failure to meet deadlines

  • In a situation where the order is delayed, we will provide the client with a refund if they contact us and do not use the content.
  • In a situation where the order is delayed, but the client does not contact us and uses the content anyways, only the amount that corresponds to the time difference between the deadline and the day of delivery will be refunded.
  • If a client receives incomplete content and is not contacted by our customer relations team within two working days, then they will be entitled to a refund or store credit.

Issues in transaction

  • If a client is charged more than once due to some error in our system, then they may be entitled to a refund or store credit. The client may also be asked to contact the payment company if they have been wrongly charged, as it may be so that the problem is due to them.

Other issues

  • If the client does not like the content, then they should contact us instead of reaching out towards a third party.
  • If the client contacts a third party instead of us in a situation where they are dissatisfied with our services, then we will consider the contract to be violated, and the matter will be handled accordingly.
  • Clients should not take chargebacks under any circumstances. If they have any issues with the content, then they must contact our customer relations team.
  • In case a client asks for a chargeback, we will be forced to take legal action against them.
