We have several measures in place to ensure that you are fully satisfied with all our operations, which is why we want you to go through the following terms and conditions before engaging in any sort of business with us. If you have a problem with any of the clauses discussed below, then you should not place an order with us until you are fully satisfied. This is because doing so would automatically mean that you accept all of our terms and conditions.

As you place your order with us, you should know that we have the right to charge our fee through your financial information. We do not engage in dishonest dealings and would expect you to refrain from fraudulent behavior as well.
We are not responsible for any issues pertaining to the Internet on your side. This means that if the order gets to you late, or you are unable to deal with us in a timely manner due to issues at your end, then we won’t be responsible for any losses that you may incur as a result.
If we are unable to provide you with the content as per the deadline decided initially, then you may be given a refund. However, you should know that the amount to be reimbursed will be decided by us, and you cannot challenge our authority in this regard.
In order to facilitate our customers, we offer free revision if they aren’t satisfied with the content. However, note should be taken of the fact that revision will only be made in accordance with the instructions that were provided initially, and no new requirements will be fulfilled free of cost. Also, call for revision should be made within 14 days of delivery for small to moderate orders and 30 days for lengthy orders.
You can ask for a refund if you aren’t satisfied with the content that is provided to you. However, you should know that you can only apply for a refund within the first three days of delivery, after which no money will be reimbursed.
If you change your mind after placing your order, then you can cancel it provided that it has not be assigned to any writer.
You may experience a delay in your order if you haven’t paid its fee or provided us with inadequate instructions to work on it. Hence, you should be careful when you place an order, so that all the operations afterwards run smoothly and in a timely manner.

A full refund means that 90% of the amount that you paid to us will be reimbursed to you. However, terms and conditions apply to this as discussed in our refund policy.
